Our process begins with asking questions to make sure we understand your idea or problem. Then we ask even more questions to explore all the possibilities and come up with a solution that enhances your identity.
Contacting SIGNMASTER:
It is a good idea to jot down your ideas, sizes and questions, so we can help you on the first call or email. If you have seen a sign or display you like, consider taking a digital picture so we can see exactly what you see. Then contact us by phone, fax or email. We will reply within hours.
Getting a Project Estimate:
SIGNMASTER produces a broad range of custom products. While all products are custom designs, many are standard materials. These can be quoted over the phone and ready within 24-72 hours
Complex projects, such as permanent outdoor signs, may require site surveys, zoning reviews or other research in order to prepare a quote. These will take about 3-5 business days to generate a project estimate.
Placing an Order:
To ensure that you get exactly what you are expecting, we require that all orders be placed by fax or email. If we have prepared an Estimate, you may fax the signed form back to us or reply by email. You must also fax us the copy and/or email us a file with the copy, logos, artwork etc.
