The Production Process:
The production process varies based on the product. If we are simply printing a file that you have provided, we will move directly from the submission of your artwork to print. There will not be a "proof cycle:" If we are designing your project, we will typically send you a proof, (via fax or email. The actual production will not begin until we have a reply from you indicating your approval or changes.

Due Dates, Installation and Delivery:
SIGNMASTER is very serious about making sure you have your signs and displays when you need them. Due to the process involved with any artistic product, it is sometimes impossible to establish an exact due date at the outset of a project. Please observe the following guidelines when placing your order

Follow Up and Feedback:
We are anxious to know that our products are working for you. We routinely travel to job sites, to inspect our work, but often our signs and displays are traveling to events and we don't get to see them in action. Please contact us with any issues and /or success stories. We welcome your feedback before, during and after your signs are completed.
