The Production Process:
The production process varies based on the product. If we are simply printing a file that you have provided, we will move directly from the submission of your artwork to print. There will not be a "proof cycle:" If we are designing your project, we will typically send you a proof, (via fax or email. The actual production will not begin until we have a reply from you indicating your approval or changes.
Due Dates, Installation and Delivery:
SIGNMASTER is very serious about making sure you have your signs and displays when you need them. Due to the process involved with any artistic product, it is sometimes impossible to establish an exact due date at the outset of a project. Please observe the following guidelines when placing your order
- SIGNMASTER's standard policy is ready for pick up by 4pm on the established "due date". If you are ordering signs for an event, it is important for you to provide the event date, in writing, at the time you place your order. If you are ordering signs that you need prior to 4pm on any given date, or if you require a courier delivery by a particular time, please establish a due date of at least one day prior.
- SIGNMASTER provides installation services on most products. Our installations are scheduled on Monday for current week, however, we reserve the right to adjust the schedule to accommodate weather and other unforeseen issues that occur during installations.
- SIGNMASTER is pleased to arrange delivery by local or long distance services; however, we can not be responsible for the performance of these companies. If you require this service, please let us know at the time you place your order.
Follow Up and Feedback:
We are anxious to know that our products are working for you. We routinely travel to job sites, to inspect our work, but often our signs and displays are traveling to events and we don't get to see them in action. Please contact us with any issues and /or success stories. We welcome your feedback before, during and after your signs are completed.
